Logic and analysis are the usual tools you use to sort through complicated and sometimes confusing choices confronting you. And, you have another trustworthy ally: your own intuitive wisdom. This one-day training course will help you make a deeper connection to your own innate capacity for intuitive insight. And you will discover how your two ways of knowing – intuition and analysis – work together to enhance your ability to find the reliable guidance you need to make good decisions.
Location: The Northern Virginia Mediation Services in Old Town Fairfax – 4041 University Dr., Suite 101 (at the corner of South St., with ample free parking).

Instructor: Mary Elizabeth Lynch, M.A., J.D. is an educator, conflict transformation specialist, and an attorney/mediator. She holds a master’s degree in philosophy and is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law. For fifteen years she practiced law and mediated legal disputes in the areas of employment and family law. In 2001, Mary Elizabeth co-founded and now serves as president of the Personal Transformation and Courage Institute. She is also an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University.
